<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the hindrance on the operation of the entire system due to a tentative fault of an observing station and a radio communication line by utilizing a signal received from other stations than a faulty station and stored so as to implement relay in the case of a fault of an adjacent station. CONSTITUTION:When a fault takes place in a 1st observation station, for example the 1st observation station does not execute transmission nor reception due to the fault. In this case, a transmission signal C1 of a monitor station is received and stored by a 2nd observation station, and a 2nd observation station receives the transmission signal C1 at a time t0 and expects a call signal from the 1st observation station at a time t1 after a time (t) from the time t0, and since a signal C2 cannot be received, the transmission signal C1 stored in advance at a time t2 is read and the result is sent as a call signal C3. Moreover, the transmission signal R2 is received by the monitor station at a time t4 and stored and the monitor station expects a reply signal R1 from the 1st observation station at a time t5, and since the signal R1 is not received, it is discriminated to be a fault in the 1st observation station and the signal R2 stored in advance is read and observation data for 2nd and 3rd observation stations are obtained.</p> |
