PURPOSE:To improve a wet crazing property by using a paint material whose main component is a resin and in which two kinds of copolymer nylon made of mutually different specific units are blended at a specific rate. CONSTITUTION:Weight % of 6 nylon unit to 12 nylon unit is made 20 to 30%/70 to 80% so as to produce copolymer nylon I having a melting point 150 to 160 deg.C. Next, weight % of 6 nylon unit to 6.6+6.10 nylon unit to 12 nylon unit is made 25 to 35%/25 to 35%/35 to 45% so as to produce copolymer nylon II having a melting point 100 to 120 deg.C. Then, paint having resin blended at the rate 4/6 to 8/2 of weight % of I/II as the main component is applied and baked to a conductor. Thereby, residual stress can be relaxed with low moisture absorption, a wet crazing property can be improved and thermal deformation resistance can be made excellent. |
