PURPOSE:To obtain easily a molded product having a favorable external appearance, by a method wherein a cut piece comprised by cutting a sheet made of light-transmission aromatic polycarbonate having a specific thickness into a fixed shape by forming a fixed shading part having a light-transmission letter or mark is integrated with thermoplastic resin within an injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A shading part having a light-transmission mark part is formed on the central part of a polycarbonate sheet having a thickness of 0.1-2mm by a multi-layer printing. A blanked piece is manufactured by blanking the sheet. The blanked piece is fitted by placing between a cavity and core of a mold, silicone rubber is incorporated in the rear of a core mold and when the mold is clamped as the sheet is fitted, rubber is compressed and repelling power is generated. Dark-grey-colored shading polycarbonate resin containing carbon black and titanium white is injection-molded and predetermined illuminated switch component integrated with the shading polycarbonate resin and having the blanked piece on the outside are obtained.
