PURPOSE:To obtain new KONJAK (devil's-tongue) with shrinkage produced therein by connecting a forming tool having screw meshing clearances used as a passage to a pump discharge port of a kneading cylinder and forcibly passing the KONJAK after kneading through the passage of the aforementioned forming tool. CONSTITUTION:A forming tool 1 having meshing clearances of screws 12 and 13 used as a passage is initially connected to a discharge port of a pump in a kneading cylinder 18 having the screws internally mounted therein. Kneaded KONJAK is then pressed into the forming tool 1, forcibly passed through the aforementioned passage and extruded from a wide opening 17 under a pressurized state to the outside. Thereby, shrinkage is produced in the KONJAK. |
