<p>PURPOSE: To continuously perform an automatic adjustment by performing controls of propelling force and braking force by a positional detection of a pallet for a fixed point when a mold with horizontal divided surface is placed on the pallet which is shorter than the mold and the mold is intermittently propelled by a frictional engagement of the pallet and a conveyor made of a pair of wheels. CONSTITUTION: A mold 4 is placed on a pallet 15 and is supplied on a conveyor 3 composed of a pair of wheels 18, 19 and a traverse conveyor 2. Since the pallet 15 is shorter than the mold 4, the mold 4 is carried in a closely adhering state. A control unit 5 receives a measuring signal of a position transmitter 6 at an entrance end of the conveyor 3, controls electromagnetic clutches 7, 8 and controls traveling and braking of the conveyor 3 by a continuous revolving motor 9 at prescribed time intervals. As a result, the intermittent propulsion of the mold 4 can be controlled continuously and automatically.</p> |
