PURPOSE:To recover and reuse the inertial energy of an object to be intermittently driven by a cam by using a system in which a cam shaft connecting a drive source with a cam is divided by a clutch and a fly wheel is connected to the drive side of the cam shaft. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a given amount of energy is stored in a fly wheel 15, the cam side 3a and driven side 3b of a cam shaft 3 are connected with each other a clutch 19, the cam 1 is turned, and the driving of an object is started. At this time, an energy corresponding to a frictional load acting on the whole of the device is sent out to a motor 6. An energy necessary for accelerating the object is supplied by releasing the energy stored in the fly wheel, and the energy released from the object by the deceleration of the object is recovered in the fly wheel 15. Thus, the output of the motor 6 can intermittently drive the object only by the frictional load burdened on the whole of the device. |
