<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a residual voltage at a low cost without extra materials, parts and additional treatments by deviating the starting and ending portions of winding of a belt type iron core wound concentrically only by an angle within the specific range on the concentric circles. CONSTITUTION:In zero phase current transformer having a belt type iron core 1 wound concentrically, the starting and ending portions of wound iron core 1 are deviated concentrically by 90 deg. to 270 deg.. For instance, the PC permalloy (phi41Xphi37X5HX0.1<t>) is used as a material of wound iron core 1, it is then wound concentrically and the urethane where (phi0.1) is wound uniformly for 100 turns to the winding to form a zero phase current transformer. Thereby, generation of residual voltage can be suppressed more effectively than the case where the internal end 2 matches the external end 3 of the wound iron core 1. Particularly when both ends are deviated by 180 deg., most effective reduction effect of residual voltage can be obtained. Moreover, in the case of wound iron core 1 located near the radius direction where the ratio of external and internal diameters is almost equal to 1, such suppression effect is large.</p> |
