Process for the stacking of yarn bobbins consisting of a yarn body and of a conical bobbin tube in the course of the carrying out of yarn treatments, particularly of dyeing treatments. The yarn bodies are subjected to an edge rounding. The edge-rounded yarn bobbins are placed one on top of the other, with a supporting element being interposed. The supporting elements are formed onto the bobbin tubes after the winding operation. <IMAGE>
