PURPOSE:To instantaneously apply secondary pressure as set pressure and to improve response by detecting the pressure of an regulating valve, forming a pressure signal indicating a detecting output and forming a set pressure signal indicating the set pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 36 detects the secondary side pressure reducing valve 30 and forms a pressure signal indicating the detected pressure. The pressure signal is converted into a digital pressure signal by a conversion part 38 and supplied to a microcomputer 40. On the other hand, a setting part 42 forms a set pressure signal indicating necessary set pressure and supplies the formed signal to the computer 40. At the time of inputting the set pressure signal indicating a certain set pressure fast, the computer 40 controls the secondary pressure of the valve 30 to the set pressure on the basis of the input signal, a digital pressure signal and a relational formula between the stored set pressure and a screw position. At the time of inputting the set pressure signal again, the secondary pressure of the valve 30 is controlled so as to be instantaneously set up to the set pressure.
