PURPOSE:To obtain the title laminate excellent in insulation property, drillability, etc., by impregnating glass cloths with a thermosetting resin varnish colored with a specified dye and drying the glass cloths, laminating a desired number of the obtained prepregs and molding the assemblage by application of heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:A color varnish (B) is obtained by coloring a thermosetting resin varnish (a) (e.g., epoxy resin) by the addition of 0.1-2.0wt%, based on the solid matter of component (a), metal complex azoic block dye (b) as an oil-soluble dye. Glass cloths (A) are impregnated with component B and dried to obtain prepregs. A desired number of the prepregs are laminated and molded by application of heat and pressure. |
