PURPOSE:To incinerate garbage and make the sanitary control in a kitchen easy by installing a heating element heated by absorbing microwaves, an electric heater, and a magnetron applying the microwaves to the garbage and the heating element to be stored in a garbage storing box. CONSTITUTION:After garbage is charged into a garbage storing box 6, a magnetron 19 is oscillated and also an electric current is carried to an electric heater 9 to heat it. Microwaves are transferred in a wave guide 17 and penetrate through an insulating material 5 with a low dielectric constant and through the box 6 and then supplied to a cylindrical body 2 made of a metal cavity. The garbage in the box 6 is dried up in an extremely short time and a heating element 8 absorbing the microwaves absorbs the microwaves to be heated. The element 8 reaches temp. of about 700-900 deg.C and the garbage inside is ignited and burnt. On the other hand, as the heater 9 is so arranged to surround the garbage, the garbage is heated from its circumference and starts to be burnt from the outside.
