摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the controllability by limiting the output of an integration signal to an intermediate value + or -alpha so as to prevent the deviation of an integration value when the output of the integration signal of its own system is deviated from an intermediated value. CONSTITUTION:The integration signal output of digital controllers A-C of systems A-C is obtained through the operation of a PI controller 4 depending on the deviation between a setting value 1 and a process feedback signal 2. The integration signal output from each system is inputted to a boater 5, here an intermediate value is selected and given to a final control element 6. In this case, the integration signal output of the controller 4 of the system not selected as the intermediate value by the boater 5 is saturated for the integration value, and the intermediate value of the integration signal output of the system 3 is operated by an intermediate value selecting section 7 and the integration signal output of its own system is limited by a value of intermediate value + or -alpha. Thus, the integration signal output of the controller 4 is not saturated and traces the control while being always an intermediate value + or -alpha.
