PURPOSE:To prevent the loading of a filter by a method in which a difference in pressure between the suction side of a filter chamber and the side to be sucked is detected, and at a time when a given value is reached, a vibration is given to the filter. CONSTITUTION:When a filter element 21 loaded in a filter chamber 6, a pressure difference is produced between the top space 6a and the lower space 6b of the filter chamber 6. The pressure signals are sent through detectors 30 and 31 to a comparator 32 and compared there, and then a set pressure difference is reached, a vibrator 34 is actuated. A supporting plate 24 held on a spring 23 is vibrated to shake down fine dust adhered to the surface of a bag (not illustrated) toward the lower part of the filter chamber 6, and the dust is discharged to the outside by opening a gate 29. When the gate 29 is closed, a negative pressure suction action is again caused, and thereby the air permeability of the bag is again recovered to exhibit its given filtering effect. |
