PURPOSE:To prevent oil from leaking out of a blade angle controller by forming a servo cylinder for moving a housing in the axial direction, and selectively leading pressure oil into and out of both sides of a piston in order to move the housing in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:Pressure oil is led into oil chambers 17, 16 of a hydraulic servo cylinder 13 in order to vertically move a piston 14. A sleeve 6 is vertically operated with rotation by interlocking with the piston 14 in order to operate an operating rod 3. Therefore, the hydraulic servo cylinder 13 is fixed, so that pressure oil led into the upper and lower oil chambers 16, 17 can be prevented from leaking trouble.
