<p>Smoke producer for good smoking Sheet bin accepts sawdust and leads down to a coking plate trough holes in the bottom of the bin. Inside the bin is a rotating disc above the bottom of the bin so as to form a restricted blending and safety chamber in conjunction with the bottom. A radial slot in the disc links the chamber to the bin interior. The disc is fitted with wipers to clear dust deposited on it and has additional wipers underneath to spread the dust out evenly before passing to the coking plate. Outside air comes in t the side, passes beside the coking chamber and the smoke product draws out to the side passing over a heated water bath on the way. The coking plate works off electrical resistance with individual supply for heat control.</p> |
