PURPOSE:To naught the modulation effect of the base width of a control transistor by applying the reference voltage to the 1st input/output electrode of an output control transistor via the 2nd transistor and the 1st load and fixing the control electrode and the 1st input/output electrode by the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:The collector potential VC4 of an output transistor TR4 is defined as VC4=VZ-VBE11+VF13 (VZ: the reference voltage of a constant volt age diode 1, VBE11: the base-emitter voltage of a TR11 and VF13: the forward voltage of a p-n junction diode 13). Here the VF13 is approximately equal to the VBE11 in terms of the voltage drop characteristics of the p-n junction. There fore the VC4 is approximately equal to the VZ. Thus the collector-emitter voltage is always equal to the base-emitter voltage for the TR4. Then these voltages are fixed by the reference voltage VZ and therefore the TR4 receives no modula tion effect of the base width despite the variance of the power supply voltage. Then the emitter potential of the TR4 has no variation.
