PURPOSE:To alleviate mechanical vibration of a DC servo motor at decelerating time by decelerating the motor in a regenerative mode and then applying a reverse voltage to a deceleration motor. CONSTITUTION:When a switching element S1 is controlled ON and OFF to convert a closed S4 and opened S2, S3 in a constant speed state by a deceleration command to a regenerative mode, the S1, S4 and S3 are opened, and the S2 is controlled to ON and OFF according to a duty ratio. Thus, a regenerative current flows from a motor 1 to a power source Vs. When the rotating speed of the motor 1 becomes the prescribed value or lower, the S1, S4 are opened, S2, S4 are closed to switch to a reverse voltage applying deceleration mode. When the detecting voltage of a current detecting resistor 34 exceeds the prescribed value, the switching elements S1, S2 are opened. |
