PURPOSE:To eliminate the dimensional change of a carrier as a whole, by closing the pores of the part forming a first ceramics stock material kneaded material by ceramics softened under heating and baking the part forming a second ceramics stock material kneaded material. CONSTITUTION:A first ceramics stock material kneaded material having low softening temp. is supplied to the outer periphery part of the front surface of an extrusion mold and a second ceramics stock material kneaded material having high softening temp. is supplied to the central part thereof. Next, the second ceramics stock material kneaded material is supplied to both of the outer peripheral part and the central part and, thereafter, the first ceramics stock material kneaded material is supplied and the second ceramics stock material kneaded material is supplied to the central part to obtain a molded body. This molded body is baked at temp. of the softening point of the first ceramics stock material kneaded material to close the pores of the part forming the second kneaded material by softened ceramics and the part forming the second ceramics stock material kneaded material to obtain a sintered body.
