PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring device which are measure accurately the total integration value of pulses by producing interruptions and recording the count- out frequency. CONSTITUTION:If a count-out state is produced during measurement owing to the increase of the flow rate caused by disturbance, etc., a count-out detecting part 41 detects this phenomenon and delivers an interruption signal to a central processor 30. Thus the processor 30 produces an interruption to discontinue the execution of a control processing program, etc. and carries out a count-out processing program. This interruption processing is started for each count-out of a pulse counter 36. Thus the count-out frequency produced from the measurement of a single time is stored in a RAM 34. The processor 30 executes a measurement end program after the control processing.
