PURPOSE:To prevent a fuse from improperly fusing by connecting a plurality of fuses in series in a region for emitting a beam, and connecting the first terminals of the respective fuses with the second terminals of the fuses except the adjacent terminals. CONSTITUTION:A hole 28 is formed in a semiconductor integrated circuit device. A redundancy fuse 24 is provided in the hole 28. The fuse 24 is formed of fuses 24A-24C. The fuses 24A-24C are electrically connected in series between conductive layers 31 and 31. The fuses 24A-24C are connected by a conductive layers 29. The first terminals of the respective fuses are connected with the second terminals of the fuses except the adjacent terminals to flow the currents of the same direction to the respective fuses. Thus, even if the adjacent terminals are shortcircuited at fuse melting time, a shortcircuit between the layers 31 and 31 can be prevented.
