PURPOSE:To eliminate a loose movement in a fillet roller by providing a restricting member in an upper side holder main unit while release the fillet roller from its restriction by retreating the restricting member by an engagement member provided in a bottom side holder immediately before the fillet roller pressurizes a fillet part. CONSTITUTION:An upper swing arm 16, when a bottom swing arm 17 is opened, restricts a loose movement in a fillet roller 24, held to an upper side holder main unit 21, by advancing a roller holder 29 to be moved. An engagement member 33 provided in the bottom swing arm 17 engages with an actuator pawl 32 by forcing fillet rollers 24, 26 to be brought into contact, retreating the roller holder 29 to be moved against pressing force of a spring 31 and releasing the fillet roller 24 from its restriction. And the fillet roller 24, 26, rotating around a journal part or a pin part being copied while rotating on own axis of the roller by the swivelling motion of a swivel arm and the pivoting motion of an upper and a bottom swing arm due to rotation of a crankshaft W by rotating a main spindle, performs roller work in a fillet part. |
