PURPOSE:To reduce the demension of a thrust bearing of a rotary shaft and avoid the necessity of a driving machine for operating vane angle by installing a mechanical operating means for controlling vane angle onto a rotary shaft and obtaining the operating power from the rotary shaft through a stepless speed change gear. CONSTITUTION:A slidable ring 9 is installed in shiftable ways only in the axial direction onto a rotary shaft 1, and said slidable ring 9 shifts an operating shaft 3 for controlling vane angle which penetrates inside the rotary shaft 1, in the axial direction. A sliding piece 10 is fixed only in turnable ways onto the sliding ring 9, and said sliding piece 10 is engaged with the screw 12s of a bearing member 12 fixed onto the rotary shaft 1 by the screw 10s, and also engaged with the gear 14G of the output shaft 14 of a stepless speed change gear 2 through a gear 10G. A gear 13G is fixed onto the input shaft 13 of the stepless speed change gear 2, and said gear 13G gears with the gear 12G of the bearing member 12. The sliding piece 12 is shifted in the axial direction by varying the revolution speed for the rotary shaft 1 by controlling the stepless speed change gear 2. |
