PURPOSE:To eliminate the input miss by using a printer provided with a form where entry lines, where data to be inputted to a computer are entered, and print lines, where input data operated and inputted in accordance with these entered data are printed, are arranged alternately. CONSTITUTION:In case that prescribed data is inputted from a terminal machine of a computer, the terminal machine is preliminarily set to the state (edit mode), where data can be inputted, in the first page of a form 20, and the first column 24 of the first print line 21b corresponding to the first entry line 21a of an input column 22 where data is entered is placed and set to a printer cursor part. The operator operates a keyboard of the terminal machine in accordance with data entered in entry lines 21a, 21c- of the input column 22 to input data, and thus, data is printed on print lines 21b, 21d- along entry lines.
