The apparatus comprises, in a stationary enclosure, a rotating fitting consisting of a processing rotor 3 with openwork discs 4 offset angularly in relation to each other, of an upstream rotary dispenser and of a downstream fan with optional insertion of a rotary rectifier, the mixture to be treated flowing in laminar fashion through the openings 8 in the discs.
