PURPOSE:A processed food useful as a relish for liquors as a dainty, seasoning for cooking, etc., obtained by kneading Miso (matter like fermened soybean paste or a brown semiliquid edible material in the shell) of crab, butter, lemon juice, and salt. CONSTITUTION:Miso of crab is blended with butter, lemon juice, and salt. Miso obtained by processing Nakako or Sotoko (orange solid matter in the shell, which will become berries) of crab or Miso of prawn can be used as the Miso of crab. The processed food thus obtained has the following merits. (a) The fish-like smell is reduced, and lovers for it increase. (b) The necessary amount of the Miso of crab is reduced. (c) Its preservation is made easy by solidifying it by freezing, etc., and it keeps the flavor of the Miso of crab of its own since the Miso of crab is protected with butter. (d). The shape of it can be freely adjusted by cooling, an appetite can be improved by the sense of sight, and methods for eating it and its use are diversified. |
