PURPOSE:To improve reliability of preventing a moving blade from falling off, by fitting one end part of a pin to the hollowed part in a dovetail bottom side and mounting a plate-shaped ring spring, having a slit, to the ring-shaped groove of a wheel rib. CONSTITUTION:A pin hole 6, extending through a wheel rib part 1b from a dovetail groove 1a of a wheel 1, is formed and a ring-shaped groove 7 is formed to the wheel rib part 1b in the internal peripheral side of the pin hole 6. One end part of a pin 9 is fitted to a hollowed part 8 formed to the devetail bottom face 3a in a moving blade 3, and a ring spring 10 of plate shape, axially having a slit, is mounted to the ring-shaped groove 7 to prevent the pin 9 from falling off. In this way, high reliability can be obtained to prevent the moving blade from falling off. |
