PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing steps by continuously welding an outer frame to a mounting leg along the prescribed locus with a high energy density heat beam, thereby eliminating the cutting work after the steps of pressing and welding the welding hole of the leg. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 6 of a sliding welding jig trestle 5 is inserted into the cylindrical bore surface of a stator core 3 to hold an outer frame 2 with a stator core, a mounting leg 1 is placed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer frame 2, a cylinder 8 mounted on the trestle 5 is raised, and a mounting leg clamping rod 7 is lowered, thereby intimately contacting the leg 1 with the curved surface of the frame 2. Then, a laser heat source torch 9 is operated to start emitting of a laser light 91 toward the center of the leg 2, and is moved as stored locus, thereby completing the welding. |
