<p>PURPOSE:To strip off remained water, contained in an adsorbent, in order to obtain product air of low dew point, by packing an adsorbent and a regenerating material, separately laminated in two layers, into an adsorbing tower and a packed tower to transfer the sensible heat of said adsorbent and regenerating material. CONSTITUTION:Heated raw air sucked by a blower 1 enters through a pipe 4 into an adsorbing tower 7A to heat a regenerating material 8A, and then strips off water, contained in an adsorbent 9A; after that, the air flows through a pipe 11 and is discharged from an electromagnetic valve 13 in the same amount as the cooling air. The air regenerated by heating which becomes the product air flows through a pipe 14 into coolers 17, 20 to be cooled and dehumidified and flows into a packed tower 7B to be dehumidified again by an adsorbent 9B, and to be made a product. Next, in the collings process at the tower 7B; compressed high pressure air flows through the coolers 17, 20 into packed tower 7B, and successively flows into the packed tower 7A after dehumidified by the adsorbent 7B. Hereupon, the cooling is performed by transfering the sensible heats of the material 8A, adsorbent 9A and the packed tower 7A while stripping off the remained water contained in the adsorbent 9A.</p> |
