<p>PURPOSE:To enable sealing without making dirt an optical window member, by pressing an optical window member on a package via a spacer coated with a seal material. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic package 20 mounting the solidstate image sensor 21 is prepared. Further, the spacer 23 coating the organic adhesives 24 is prepared on the package 20 and the optical window member 25 is located on it. The spacer 23 is made of ceramic and the projection 22 and the optical window member 25 can just be fitted to the inner circumference. The organic adhesives 24 is tentatively cured after being coated on the inner wall of the spacer 23 in advance. Thus, the package 20 and the optical window member 25 are pressed and fixed. After a given time, the organic adhesives 24 is substantially cured after being clipped between the optical window member 25 and the projection 22 provided for the package 20. Thus, dust, flaw and splashed organic adhesives caued on the surface of the optical window member 25 are avoided.</p> |
