PURPOSE:To enable measurement avoiding an obstacle, if any, existing between a measuring surface of an object to be measured and an ultrasonic vibrator, by providing a reflecting surface for ultrasonic waves to alter the course thereof. CONSTITUTION:When measuring the temperature of a resin filling a cavity, an insertion port 9 with an injection nozzle 11 is arranged at the center of a fixed die 3 and the injection nozzle 11 has an injection nozzle hole 13 to pass a resin P. A cavity 17 filled with the resin P is located in the right of a mobile die 7. Under such a condition, an ultrasonic vibrator is not allowed to be mounted on a fixed plate 1 for measuring of the temperature of the resin P. So, a mirror plate 23 with a reflecting mirror 27 thereinside is mounted on the fixed die 3 to make an ultrasonic wave from a lower ultrasonic vibrator 29 move to a measuring surface being reflected with the reflection mirror 27. Thus, measurement of an ultrasonic wave is possible free from the metal die 3. |
