<p>The safety mat consists of blocks, which may be connected. Each block consists of a parallelepiped of polyurethane foam, being divided into sections by vertical slots. The slot extends from the surface almost to the base, and form flexible moveable, vertical paraallelepipedic columns. The blocks may be connected by straps, bands, etc. having loops and/or eyes and hooks. The blocks may also be connected by a surrounding elastic or non-elastic canvas screen. The canvas may have a base and an upper folded edge, with elastic connecting straps.</p> |
