PURPOSE:To enable cross talk compensation with a simple constitution, by operating and outputting the cross talk compensating value of the both delivery lines, from the signal value delivered with the first and second signal delivery path and from the respective pulse transfer function value between the both delivery lines. CONSTITUTION:The first operation unit consists of the operator 22 and subtractor 25, and the second operation unit is composed of the operator 21 and subtractor 26, and the operators 31 and 32 constitute the third and fourth operation unit. On the other hand, the pulse transfer function from the signal delivery line 11 to the signal delivery line 12 is H1(Z) and that from the delivery line 12 to the delivery line 11 is H2(Z). The signals delivered with the delivery lines 11 and 12 are taken as U1(Z) and U2(Z), and the operation of Y1(Z)=U1(Z)-U2(Z) and Y2(Z)=U2(Z)-U1(Z) is made at the first and second operation unit and the outputs Y1(Z) and Y2(Z) can compensate cross talk with a simple circuit. |
