PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move information even under the presence of a severe node or interference by transmitting and receiving audio information between a computer-utilizing system and a customer and, at the same time, generating the voice information by processing received information. SOLUTION: An intelligent human interface 50 has an interface processing module 4 and remote communication interface module 6. The module 6 is positioned so that the module 6 can become easily accessible from a customer 41, sends audible responses to the customer 41 through a loudspeaker 32, and receives voice data from the customer 41 and/or his companion 41a by using a microphone row 34. The module 4 installed in a facility, in addition, translates the data collected from the customer 41 by means of the module 6 and generates audio-response data so that the module can give the data to the customer 41. |
