FIELD: rocket fuels. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid rocket fuels for articles of national economy designation, namely, to meteorological rockets, anti-hail stone units, agents for delivery fire-extinguishing devices and other articles. Invention proposes solid rocket fuel comprising nitrocellulose, nitroglycerin, plasticizing agents - dinitrotoluene and dibutyl phthalate, chemical stability stabilizing agent - centralite, combustion stabilizing agent - calcium carbonate, combustion rate modifying agent - ferric iron yellow pigment and technical carbon K163, and mechanical stabilizing agent - melt of zinc stearate with polymethylsiloxane liquid. Invention is directed for enhancing strengthening, energetic and ballistic indices of fuel and providing stability of rocket engine working in broad range of pressures. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of fuel. ^ 2 tbl
