PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized optical vibration control device and an optical apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: The optical vibration control device comprises a flexible substrate, a fixation member for fixing the flexible substrate and a movement member for holding a vibration control element of a lens or an image pickup device. A flat face where the flexible substrate and the fixation member come in contact with each other is provided with at least two of a first positioning part and a second positioning part adjacent to each other for restricting rotation and movement. The device comprises detection means capable of measuring a movement amount of the movement member at the first positioning part, and has a deflection part of length longer than that of the case where the flexible substrate is connected in the contact plane at a connection part where the first positioning part and the second positioning part at which the flexible substrate is fixed are connected.
