PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reflecting surface 3a from being disturbed in a region where a resin material is injected in molding surfaces 5a and 6a in order to form a lamp main body 3 in molding a lamp body 2, on which the reflecting surface 3a is formed, using a film forming and molding apparatus injecting and forming a film by a series of processes. SOLUTION: A position where the resin material is injected in order to form the lamp main body 3 is set as a position avoiding a film forming region, that is, a position covered with the resin material 8 injected in secondary injection in order to integrate the lamp main body 3 with a lens part 4 so as to have no effect on the formed reflecting surface 3a.
