PURPOSE:To prevent generation of abnormal sounds by making the bore of at least one part of the inner hole of a bush made from a synthetic resin smaller than that of the support hole of a turning movement arm, which bush is interposed between the inner peripheral face of the support hole of the turning movement arm and the outer peripheral face of a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A bush 170 made from a synthetic resin is fitted in a shaft 134 and a very small space is formed between the inner peripheral face of a support hole 138 and the outer peripheral face of the shaft 134, thereby preventing the metal touch between the metallic shaft 134 and a metallic turning movement arm 136. Generation of abnormal sounds due to the contact of the shaft 134 with the arm 136 does not therefore occur. When a vehicle is in emergency, the arm 136 securely holds a seat belt 18 with a holding member 120 and in this case a very large external force is applied to the arm 136 and the bush 170 is elastically deformed and the support hole 138 makes direct contact with the shaft 134 and the arm 136 is directly supported by the shaft 134. |
