A plurality of fuel cells (1), each comprising a circular cell plate (2) holding a single cell (6) as a solid electrolytic fuel cell and having at the center potion a gas introducing hole (21) and a gas exhausting hole (22), a circular separator plate (3) having at the center portion a gas introducing hole (31) and a gas exhausting hole (32) and being joined to the cell plate, and a center flow path component (5) positioned in a space (S) formed by a step difference at the cell plate and the separator plate to supply and exhaust fuel gas, are laminated with the directions of fuel cells kept the same, spaces between laminated fuel cells are used as air flow paths (15), seal materials (16), (17) are provided between center portions of fuel cells so as to respectively allow the gas introducing holes of the cell plates and the separator plates and the gas exhausting holes of the cell plates and the separator plates to air-tightly communicate with one another, and the laminated fuel cells are tightened and fixed at the centers with a bolt (18).
