PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not a call receiver is in a telephone conversation capable state at the present time, and notify a calling side of the determination result.SOLUTION: A call propriety notification device includes: a feature quantity extraction section for dividing an acoustic signal sequence of a call receiving side containing multiple element sounds into short-term frames and extracting a feature quantity for each of the frames; an association section for outputting association information in which the feature quantity is associated with movement/behavior information or movement/behavior category information of the call receiving side; a call recommendation model storage section for storing call recommendation models in which the movement/behavior information or the movement/behavior category information classifying the movement/behavior information, that is identified from the association information, are associated with a degree of ease of generating a telephone conversation; and a call recommendation situation determining section for using the association information as an input, referring to a call recommendation model with which the association information matches, and transmitting telephone conversation propriety notification information which determines whether the call receiving side is in a situation where telephone conversations frequently occur or in a situation where telephone conversations seldom occur, to a calling side. |
