FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in heavy-duty gears with coarse-grained gear wheels, lubricated by fictile lubricants. Gear wheel includes body, gear rim with teeth and power end pads, made in form of segments, fixed on teeth ends and covering teeth by groups. Sections of both gear rim ends not overlapped with bearing pads, are overlapped with two additional non-bearing pads, which inner perimeter is made in form of circumference with radius smaller than teeth bases circumference. External shape of these pads is inscribed into bearing end pads shape and teeth tips circumference. Additional non-bearing pads are secured at wheel body ends, teeth sections ends, not occupied by bearing pads, and on bearing pads along their perimeters.EFFECT: higher quality of gear wheel lubrication.1 cl, 3 dwg |
