SOLUTION: A hybrid thin film photoelectric conversion device includes a transparent electrode 12, at least an amorphous photoelectric conversion unit 20, at least a crystalline photoelectric conversion unit 30, and a back electrode 40 which are successively laminated on a transparent glass board 11, where the transparent electrode 12 is as thick as 400 to 1000 nm, and a transparent laminated body 10 composed of the glass board 11 and the transparent electrode 12 has a haze of 2 to less than 10%.</p> |
