PURPOSE: A main power breaker is provided to use air pressure for connecting a power circuit and accumulated force at a spring for breaking the power circuit, and remove arc discharge in contact formation in a vacuum interrupter. CONSTITUTION: A main power breaker comprises a breaking part and an operating part. The breading part includes a vacuum interrupter(10), an insulating insulator(20), a supporting insulator, a lever(40), and an insulating load(50). The operating part is operated by the air supplied from a compressor. The vacuum interrupter(10) is a ceramic cylinder sealed with two metal plate and contains a fixed electrode, a movable electrode, a shield and bellows. The insulating insulator(20) contains the vacuum interrupter(10) and ensures an insulating distance between a first terminal and a second terminal. One end of the lever(40) is coupled to the movable lead of the vacuum interrupter(10) and the other end is coupled to the insulating load(50). The insulating load(50) couples a cylinder(60) with the lever(40) for transferring force from the operating part.
