PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content utilization device, when receiving emergency prompt report information, capable of converting the information to an appropriate method according to an attribute of a user who is using content and outputting it, a program for performing such conversion and outputting processes, and a storage medium that stores such a program.SOLUTION: The broadcasting receiver includes: a receiving section for receiving emergency news prompt report information, which is information associated with emergency news prompt report; and an output section for outputting the emergency news prompt report as a full screen display when receiving the emergency news prompt report information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
