PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep condensed water from being frozen even under a high frequency operation of a compressor by restricting spraying condition with a rise in moisture within a room to be air conditioned after the restarting of the compressor during the cooling operation. SOLUTION: A room fan 102a and a damper unit 2 are controlled so that air blown from a room unit 102 is blown outside a room 101 to be air conditioned for a fixed time length via an exhaust duct 1 when a compressor is stopped because of the turning OFF of a thermostat or the stoppage of operation and condensed water of a room heat exchanger 102b is discharged outside the chamber to be air conditioned. This enables the removal of the condensed water of the room heat exchanger after the restarting of the operation of the compressor to keep moisture attributed to re-evaporation from being released into the room to be air conditioned thereby eliminating a rise in the moisture within the room. |
