摘要 Provided is a high-strength steel sheet that has favorable formability (workability) and strength. Also provided is a production method for the high-strength steel sheet. A high-strength steel sheet that is characterized by containing 0.010-0.080 mass pcnt of C, 0.05 mass pcnt or less of Si, 0.10-0.70 mass pcnt of Mn, 0.03 mass pcnt or less of P, 0.020 mass pcnt or less of S, 0.005-0.070 mass pcnt of Al, and 0.0120-0.0180 mass pcnt of N, the remainder having a component composition that comprises Fe and unavoidable impurities, and that is characterized by solid-solution N content being 0.0100 mass pcnt or more as part of the N content, by average ferrite particle diameter being 7.0 mm or less, by having a dislocation density of 4.0 x 1014-2.0 x 1015 m-2 at a depth of 1/4 sheet thickness from the surface, by having a post-aging tensile strength of 530 MPa or more in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction, and by having an elongation of 7 pcnt or more.
