PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve moisture resistance of a radiation measurement device while securing required maintainability.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a radiation measurement device 11 includes: an open/closable detector container 17; a radiation detector 12 accommodated inside the detector container 17; a cable 14 that extends through the detector container 17 and is connected to the radiation detector 12 to feed power to the radiation detector 12 and transmit signals; and a pressurizing unit 15 accommodated inside the detector container 17 and configured to pressurize a space inside the detector container 17 and keep the pressure inside the detector container 17 higher than the pressure outside the detector container 17 for a predetermined period of time. The pressurizing unit 15 includes a high pressure tank 20 capable of encapsulating high pressure gas and an open/close mechanism 21 capable of releasing the high pressure gas encapsulated in the high pressure tank 20 to a space outside the high pressure tank 20 within the detector container 17. The open/close mechanism 21 comprises a motor valve 22 and a valve drive mechanism 23 for driving the motor valve 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
