Method involves reaction of 3-phenyl-1,5,3-dithiazepane with EtAlClin presence of magnesium powder with participation of catalyst CpTiCl. Molar ratio is as follows: 3-phenyl-1,5,3-dithiazepane: EtAlCl: Mg : CpTiCl=1 : (4.5-5.5) : (4.5-5.5) : (0.03-0.07).
