The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for device-to-device (D2D) communications in a wireless communication system and related apparatuses using the same. According to one of embodiments of the present invention, the method comprises: a step of determining whether to simultaneously perform D2D transmission and cellular transmission in a resource block, allocated to a cellular uplink time slot; a step of simultaneously performing the D2D transmission and the cellular transmission, if a sum of a D2D transmission rate and a cellular uplink transmission rate is greater than or equal to a maximum cellular UL transmission rate; and a step of maximizing an overall transmission rate by controlling power of the D2D transmission and the cellular transmission, wherein the entire transmission rate is a sum of the D2D transmission rate and the cellular UL transmission rate. According to the present invention, entire transmission speed is able to be maximized.
