According to the present invention, an apparatus for providing tour attractiveness considering weather and climate factors comprises: an information collection unit for collecting tour-related information, weather and climate information, and user information; a tour attractiveness calculation unit for calculating universal tour attractiveness by reflecting the weather and climate information in the collected tour-related information; and a personalization processing unit for calculating personalized tour attractiveness by reflecting the user information in the calculated universal tour attractiveness. In addition, the apparatus for providing tour attractiveness considering weather and climate factors according to the present invention may further include: a tour attractiveness storage unit for storing the calculated tour attractiveness; and an applied processing unit for providing a recommended travel itinerary based on the calculated personalized tour attractiveness. The tour attractiveness and the recommended travel itinerary are mapped with a two- or three-dimensional map and can be provided for a day or a short period of time. |
