The present invention provides a rotating tool capable of effectively absorbing stress caused by a cutting force when a cutting process is performed to a target material to be cut. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating tool comprises: a holder having a plurality of groove parts formed on the front end surface; a cutting head having a plurality of protrusions formed on the rear end surface; and a screw fastening the holder with the cutting head. Each groove part of the holder has a pair of groove-lateral walls and gradually becomes narrower in a radial direction. Each protrusion of the cutting head has a pair of protrusion-lateral surfaces and gradually becomes narrower in a radial direction. A refraction part is formed on one the groove-lateral walls or the protrusion-lateral surfaces, and a relief angle is formed between the groove-lateral walls extended from the refraction part in an outer radial direction and the protrusion- lateral surfaces.
